Q1. Can you deliver your toys to the United States of America?
A1. Yes, we serve clients around the world including but not limited to those in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and the United States of America.
     
Q2. How will you deliver the toys to us?
A2. We deliver our products by ship, airmail or expedited airmail, depending on our clients' request.
     
Q3. Can we change the toys' packaging?
A3. Yes, we can adjust the packaging of our toys according to our clients' own design.
     
Q4. Can we order toys of our own design?
A4.

Yes, with our own factory, we not only can manufacture our own toy collection, but also offer our clients a wide range of tailor-made services including but not limited to the followings:

  • adjust our products to suit our client's needs
  • manufacture according to our client's design
  • one-stop service from design, research and development to manufacture and export

Q5. What currency do you accept?
A5. We accept Euro, Pound Sterling and US dollar.
     
Q6. How can I pay for my order?
A6. You can pay by Letter of Credit (LC) or Telegraphic Transfer(TT) or Credit Card.
     
Q7. What is the lead time for mass production?
A7. Normally we take 1 month to manufacture and deliver your order to the address provided, depending on the order quantity.
     
Q8. Do your products comply with EN71 Part 1, 2 and 3?
A8. Most of our products comply with EN71 Part 1, 2 and 3. You are always welcome to contact us to confirm compliance of individual items.
